[Remote] Enterprise Sales Director

The Enterprise Sales Director will drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, while managing relationships with key decision-makers in the cybersecurity field.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targetsIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teamsManager relationships with partners while supporting their portfolio and responsibilitiesConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution overviews to articulate Tenexβs value propositionManage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closingCollaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer engagement and satisfactionMaintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in CRM toolsStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needsRepresent Tenex at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesContinuously refine sales strategies based on data insights and market feedbackWillingness to travel up to 50% to build strong client relationshipsSkills5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise technology salesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, MDR services, and the threat landscapeExperience working with security solutions such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or related technologies is a plusExcellent negotiation and closing skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities and the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization from end-user to C-LevelPackage and deliver compelling presentations and business casesAbility to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Sales certifications such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, or Sandler Training are a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.Company OverviewTENEX.AI is a cybersecurity company that combines human expertise with artificial intelligence to protect digital assets.
