[Remote] Enterprise Risk Management & OCM Program Manager

The Enterprise Risk Management & OCM Program Manager will support risk management and organizational change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and drive the adoption of integrated risk management practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of enterprise-wide risk management strategy across EPC and infrastructure-related programsConduct current-state and future-state assessments across risk processes, tooling, governance structures, reporting practices, and stakeholder workflowsIdentify gaps in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, escalation, and reporting processes, and recommend scalable improvement solutionsDevelop process documentation, future-state process maps, governance models, transformation roadmaps, and executive-ready presentationsSupport organizational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, onboarding, and training readinessFacilitate stakeholder alignment discussions, workshops, and working sessions across regional and cross-functional teamsSupport training rollout activities, including scheduling sessions, capturing feedback, tracking adoption readiness, and coordinating with stakeholder groupsAnalyze risk data across projects, regions, and portfolios to identify trends, escalation points, root causes, and potential business impactsDevelop Power BI dashboards, executive reporting materials, and risk analytics to support leadership decision-makingPrepare weekly and monthly reporting on risk metrics, mitigation activities, governance progress, and program execution statusSupport the establishment of risk management rhythm-of-business processes, governance cadence, and escalation frameworksLead or support weekly status reviews, two-week look-ahead planning, and program execution trackingPartner with senior stakeholders to align risk management goals, transformation priorities, and operational readiness milestonesOperate independently in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment while maintaining strong communication and follow-throughSkills8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, program management, business transformation, or related rolesStrong experience with enterprise risk management frameworks, governance models, risk registers, risk mitigation, escalation management, and executive risk reporting3+ years of experience supporting organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, training programs, communications, or adoption initiatives5+ years of experience in data analytics, Power BI reporting, dashboard development, executive reporting, or risk trend analysisExperience conducting current-state and future-state assessments, gap analysis, process improvement, and transformation planningAbility to synthesize ambiguous or limited information into clear recommendations, insights, and executive-ready deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with risk reporting, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and business impact assessmentProven ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a large, global, matrixed organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder influence abilitiesAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting EPC, construction, infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, data center, or large-scale capital project environmentsExperience with enterprise transformation, operational excellence, process optimization, or governance improvement initiativesFamiliarity with risk appetite models, risk tolerance frameworks, governance reporting structures, and compliance-driven environmentsExperience with tools such as SAP risk management tools, Primavera P6, Omega tools, or similar risk/project management platformsCertifications such as PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, ACMP, PMP, or equivalent are preferredExperience developing or supporting training strategies for large organizations or stakeholder groupsPrior experience creating executive-level dashboards, leadership presentations, and risk management reporting packagesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageFlexible Spending Account401k programCompetitive PTO offeringsParental LeaveOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompany OverviewBlueprint is redefining the data solutions ecosystem.
