[Remote] Enterprise Reporting & Data Infrastructure Consultant (Fractional/Project-Based)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forwardly is a relationship-wellbeing platform seeking a Fractional Data & Systems Architect to enhance and stabilize their reporting infrastructure for enterprise clients. The role involves mapping data flows, standardizing workflows, and implementing secure architecture to support growth and scalability in a project-based engagement.

Responsibilities
• Map and document existing data flows across core systems (Drupal platform, HubSpot CRM, and Care Coordinator reporting workflows)
• Enhance and standardize secure workflows supporting Care Coordinator documentation and structured activity capture within a PII-regulated environment
• Recommend and implement appropriate secure architecture and tooling (SOC 2–aligned, HIPAA-aware environments as applicable)
• Design and automate aggregation of multi-source data into a centralized, structured reporting dataset
• Develop repeatable, scalable reporting workflows supporting enterprise client deliverables
• Produce clear documentation and SOPs to ensure operational redundancy and long-term scalability
• Advise leadership on right-sized infrastructure decisions balancing security, scalability, and cost

Skills
• Data architect, BI consultant, or analytics engineer working in healthcare, EAP, HR tech, or regulated environments
• Experience handling PII or HIPAA-adjacent data
• Comfortable working with APIs, exports, SaaS integrations, and workflow design
• Experience advising early-stage or growth companies is a plus
