[Remote] Enterprise Partner Marketer

The Enterprise Partner Marketer will own the marketing strategy and execution for Afterpay's strategic enterprise merchant partnerships, driving measurable growth at checkout across online and in-store experiences.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end partner marketing strategy for assigned enterprise merchants, aligned to shared goals such as acquisition, conversion lift, share of cart, and omnichannel checkout adoptionAct as a strategic marketing advisor to enterprise merchant stakeholders, providing recommendations across paid media, paid social, ecommerce, CRM, and in-store marketingDevelop annual and quarterly partner marketing plans in collaboration with Sales and Account Management, informed by performance insights and merchant prioritiesLead the development and execution of bespoke 1:1 partner marketing programs, coordinating with Growth, CRM, Social & Partnerships, Legal, and Analytics partnersEnsure operational excellence across partner campaigns, including briefing, asset collection, approvals, and launch readinessApply sound judgment to balance custom enterprise needs with repeatable frameworks to improve efficiency and consistencyPartner with Insights & Analytics to define success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and translate results into clear insights and optimization recommendationsEstablish benchmarks and best practices to continuously improve partner marketing effectiveness at the enterprise levelContribute to the development of enterprise-level benchmarks and best practicesSupport commercial growth by contributing marketing expertise to enterprise pitches, joint business planning, and renewal conversationsInfluence cross-functional partners without direct authority to deliver outcomes aligned to merchant and Afterpay goalsRepresent the enterprise merchant perspective in internal discussions, helping inform improvements to partner marketing programs and processesSkills8–12+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing roles, with exposure to enterprise retailers or large consumer brandsStrong expertise across digital marketing channels, including paid media, paid social, ecommerce, and CRM/lifecycle marketingProven ability to independently lead complex initiatives and deliver results in cross-functional environmentsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPrior experience working at a retailer or consumer brand strongly preferred; agency experience a plusWorking knowledge of in-store marketing and omnichannel customer journeysBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferredBenefitsRemote workMedical insuranceFlexible time offRetirement savings plansModern family planningCompany OverviewAfterpay allows shoppers to receive products immediately and pay in four simple installments over a short period of time.
