[Remote] Enterprise Business Development Representative

Dodge Construction Network is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join their Enterprise New Business Sales team. The role focuses on generating new SaaS-based sales demos and opportunities while maintaining high standards in prospecting and lead qualification.ResponsibilitiesDrive lead opportunities and develop new business via inbound and outbound phone (30/70) and utilize mass communications tools such as email, social media, Salesloft, etc. to introduce Dodge products/services and drive demos and appointmentsAchieve daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales lead quotas and update within CRMLearn and apply solution-based selling by using a consultative prospecting approachFollow the standard operating procedures as set forth by management to achieve the highest % success factorsMaintain expected call volumesAttain all Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in order to reach and meet with the desired number of prospects per day, improve lead to opportunity and opportunity to win ratiosSkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDBachelor's Degree and/or combination of relevant work experienceExperience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), specifically prospecting enterprise organizationsProven track record of prospecting into large or complex organizations with multiple buyers, and booking meetings with senior stakeholders including executive leadershipStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with VP and C-level decision makersComfortable navigating large organizationsFamiliarity with outbound prospecting tools and Salesforce.comStrong interpersonal skills and sales aptitudeProficiency in desktop software programs including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling to build a resourceful pipelineWeb/tech savvy with an aptitude to learn new SaaS productsAdaptability for learning job responsibilities and processesExemplary decision making, problem-solving, and organizational skillsResults-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work settingComfortable using LinkedIn to source additional contactsProficiency in CRM (we use Salesforce!)Some successful inside sales experience; having worked within large SaaS organizations is a huge plusKnowledge of the commercial construction market a plusBenefitsUNCAPPED VARIABLE INCENTIVEDodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonusReasonable Accommodation Dodge Construction Network is committed to recruiting, hiring, and promoting people with disabilities.
