They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to serve as the initial contact for prospective customers, build the sales pipeline, and promote the PlaybookUX platform.ResponsibilitiesServe as the initial contact for prospective customers, representing PlaybookUXSchedule qualified demos for the Account Executive team with UX researchers, Product Managers, Designers, and other key decision-makersTrack and manage activities in our CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactionsOutbound prospect new customers through LinkedIn, email, and phoneBecome a product/industry expertOvercome prospect objectionsMaintain accurate forecasting records and sales pipelineAbility to understand and successfully promote the PlaybookUX platformSkills1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)You have demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding your quotaYou excel at outbound prospectingYou are constantly thinking of new ways to be creative with your outbound prospecting.
