[Remote] Enterprise Architecture Operations Lead

NextLink Group is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Operations Lead who will support the EA function by owning operational, data, and governance activities. This role ensures alignment and coordination across internal teams, managed service providers, and AI-augmented delivery, driving the transition towards the target IT operating model.ResponsibilitiesManage architecture demand and coordinate governance workflowsPrepare governance materials in collaboration with project teamsEnsure consistency and quality of architecture inputs across governance forumsOwn EA data, reporting, and insight enablementMaintain and enhance EA data products (capabilities, applications, etc.)Support Power BI reporting and decision-support artifactsSupport capability assessments and maturity trackingCoordinate input from business and IT stakeholdersEnsure consistency and quality of capability dataSupport EA tooling (e.g., ADOIT) and integrations (CMDB, data platform, etc.)Improve usability and adoption of EA datasets and toolsCollaborate with data and integration teams for alignmentAct as an alignment layer across internal teams, MSPs, and governance bodiesEnsure consistency of architectural artifacts and decisionsPromote standardized architecture practices across the organizationSkillsStrong analytical and organisational skillsTOGAF Certification (mandatory)Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleBackground in IT, architecture, or data environmentsAbility to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teamsComfortable with governance processes and structured workflowsKnowledge of ARCHIMATE and ITIL4 (advantage)Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirableCompany OverviewNextLink is a global leader and the fastest growing next-generation provider of IT, BPO and digital services.
