[Remote] Enterprise Applications Support Analyst

They are seeking an Enterprise Applications Support Analyst responsible for providing comprehensive support across all enterprise applications, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as Level 1 support for all enterprise applications, including SAP, Move-IT, and document management platforms Perform routine administrative tasks in SAP (e.g., user management, basic configuration), Move-IT, and document management systems Monitor application performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 support when necessary Assist with onboarding new users and managing access permissions across applications Support integration and connectivity troubleshooting between applications Maintain accurate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionality Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in IT support or application administration Familiarity with SAP systems and basic administrative tasks Knowledge of Move-IT and document management platforms Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application ecosystems Basic understanding of networking and system integrations Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management Familiarity with cloud-based applications (Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms) Benefits Company paid Extended Health, Dental, HSA, Life, AD&D, Short-term Disability, Cancer Care Program, travel insurance, Employee Assistance Plan and Well-Being program.
