Quest Software is looking for an experienced Enterprise level, strategic Account Manager to expand their footprint across new and existing customers. The role involves identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while engaging with senior IT and business leaders.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and secure both new customers and new opportunities within existing customersEffectively position Quest’s Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management solutions to solve complex customer challengesDevelop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other senior decision-makersManage complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting to deal closure, leveraging a consultative, ‘value-add’ sales approachDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan across multiple accountsWork with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growthSkills5+ years of experience selling complex software solutions within enterprise customersHistory of quota attainment and overachievementProven ability to close net-new logos, including prospecting, discovery, positioning, and deal executionStrong business and technical acumen with the ability to navigate multi-threaded complex sales cyclesDemonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive outcomesExperience managing and prioritizing a territory, with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM disciplineProven experience selling to C‑level executives (CIO, CISO, CTO, VP‑level and above)Domain specific experience in either Data, Cloud, Cyber Security or AITravel 30-50%Company OverviewAt Quest Software, we help organizations build modern, trusted foundations for AI.
