The Enterprise Account Manager – Application Development will be responsible for building relationships with clients and Microsoft account teams while achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities within targeted industries and geographiesBuild and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and account penetration strategiesConsistently meet or exceed revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and forecast disciplineNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close opportunities, ensuring both profitability and long-term client satisfactionPosition Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) as key enablers of digital transformationCollaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored proposals that address client-specific business challengesDeliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based business cases to C-level executivesLeverage and expand relationships within Microsoft account teams, PDMs, and industry leads to maximize co-sell opportunities and incentive programsRepresent the company within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, strengthening alignment and joint go-to-market effortsResponsible for new logo sales development of IT quality assurance solutions focused on Financial ServicesUnderstanding of Financial Services and IT quality assurance trends, challenges, and opportunities to create customized sales strategy and marketing plansUnderstanding of Banking - Retail and Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance DomainsCollaborate with clients to understand their Financial Services focused IT quality assurance needs and provide tailored solutionsDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growthConduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive positioning within the assigned sectorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM toolsGenerate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to accurate forecastingSkills10+ Years of Enterprise Sales experience within IT Services or products (Quality Engineering exp, Business Process Outsourcing exp - all a plus)10+ Years of Banking - Retail and Consumer, Financial Services and Insurance Domains7+ Years IT Services Delivery and Solutioning experienceStrong understanding of IT quality assurance concepts and methodologiesStrong understanding of AI concepts and methodologiesConstantly looking for new ways to improve yourselfAbility to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environmentTeam: Embraces both customers and colleagues as team membersAbility to be flexible, respectful, engaged and collaborativeExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholdersSkilled in pipeline development, deal structuring, and contract negotiationCompany OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
