[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager

They are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion targets across Sidetrade's Order-to-Cash platform.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion ARR targets across Sidetrade's Order-to-Cash platformIdentify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product suite, including cash collection, CashApps, Augmented Invoice, and Aimie agentic AI modulesBuild and execute tailored account plans that connect Sidetrade's roadmap to each customer's business outcomes and strategic prioritiesOwn the full renewal and expansion cycle — from discovery to commercial negotiation and contract executionLead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with CFOs, VPs of Finance, and O2C Directors to demonstrate ROI and identify growth opportunitiesPartner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure strong product adoption, smooth delivery, and high customer satisfactionMaintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce, contributing to accurate pipeline management and revenue forecastingRepresent the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights that shape product roadmap and go-to-market strategySkills3-6 years of B2B SaaS account management or sales experience, ideally within enterprise or mid-market segmentsA proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention and expansion targetsExperience in FinTech, ERP, Finance Automation, or adjacent enterprise software markets — familiarity with Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable processes is a strong plusExecutive presence and confidence engaging with C-suite stakeholders, including CFOs and Finance DirectorsStrong commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing multi-year SaaS contractsProficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platformsA collaborative, customer-first mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBenefitsFull remote - Work from homeHealth & wellness - medical coverage, life insurance, 401k matching and other wellness programsTime off - competitive paid holidays plus public holidaysCareer growth & compensation - competitive salary, equal opportunities, learning & mentorship programs, and advancement supportCompany OverviewSidetrade’s AI-powered Order-to-Cash Platform helps companies improve revenue, grow profitability and optimize working capital It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Billancourt, Ile-de-France, FRA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
