[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive (US)

The Enterprise Account Executive will build out the initial sales pipeline, articulate the value proposition of the Onehouse managed service, and drive best practices in refining the sales function.ResponsibilitiesArticulate the value proposition and technical differentiation of Onehouse, and build awareness for the offering in the marketplace to drive inbound activityDrive best practices in refining the sales function from the ground up with an eye towards scalability and repeatabilityPlay a pivotal role in closing early accounts and defining a path to repeatable successHeavy focus on West Coast outboundingProspect and develop pipeline with a range of target accounts, from mid-market to large enterprise prospectsDevelop inbound opportunities to completion, owning the end-to-end sales processBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to capture their business objectives and needsDrive organic growth in the existing customer base as well as ensure new customers are able to fully realize the value of the productCollaborate closely with solution architects, marketing, product, and engineering teamsSkills5+ Years of sales experience in SaaS companies closing deals across large enterprises and SMBs3+ Years of experience working with an early stage (Series A through C) in the Cloud Database, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing spaceProven ability to prospect and build early-stage pipelineExcellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to think on your feet and make quick pivotsHighly motivated self-starter who is flexible and goal orientedAbility to explain complex concepts in a digestible way to a variety of audiencesStrong relationship-building skills, positive attitude and always bustling for the customerAble to break down projects, prioritize and work independently but know when to ask for helpBenefitsEquity Compensation; our success is your success with eligible participation in our company equity planHealth & Well-being; we'll invest in your physical and mental well-being with up to 90% health coverage (upto 75% for spouses/dependents) including comprehensive medical, dental & vision benefitsFinancial Future; we'll invest in your financial well-being by making this role eligible to contribute to our company 401(k) or Roth 401(k) retirement planLocation; we are a remote-friendly company (internationally distributed across N.
