The role involves managing the full enterprise sales cycle and building strategic relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 US Banks to drive new revenue and influence product direction.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to negotiation and close, focused specifically on Tier 1 and Tier 2 US Banks and large credit unionsIdentify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and executive sponsors within major banking institutionsNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving compliance, legal, procurement, risk, IT, and senior leadership teamsDevelop tailored value propositions aligned to the regulatory, operational, and digital transformation priorities of large financial institutionsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting to leadershipCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the full customer lifecycleAct as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to inform product development and broader GTM strategyContribute to the definition and execution of the US enterprise sales strategy in a high-growth FinTech environmentSkills10/15 + years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 7 years within the FinTech ecosystemDemonstrated success selling complex technology solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 US banks, large credit unions, or core banking providersProven ability to manage multi-month enterprise sales cycles requiring customization, pilots, security reviews, and executive-level alignmentStrong understanding of the US banking technology landscapeStrong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage senior banking stakeholdersSelf-starter mentality with the ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, high-growth environmentHigh levels of integrity, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving innovation within large financial institutionsEast Coast area preferred, with flexibility for outstanding remote candidatesCompany OverviewHigh-End Recruitment Agency specialising in Financial Services.
