[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive - Northeast

The Enterprise Account Executive role is strategic, aimed at driving new business by selling digital health solutions to large employer clients, while building partnerships with health plans and PBMs. This position is critical for expanding 9amHealth’s presence in the employer benefits space and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.ResponsibilitiesUtilize past experiences, relationships, and market knowledge to drive new business with large employers with 5K to 25K employeesLead end-to-end commercial sales opportunities from sourcing to managing the pipeline to closing dealsPartner with the Consultant Relations Team to build relationships and develop leads from employer benefits consultantsWork closely with your Sales Development Representative to identify new market opportunities and drive executionWork closely with the National Partnerships Team to build key relationships with market partners such as PBMs, health plans, and other reseller partnersSkillsDemonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, preferably in the digital health or employer benefits spaceEstablished relationships with key decision-makers in the employer benefits and/or healthcare consulting industriesDeep understanding of employer benefits ecosystems, including the decision-making processes within large employers and benefits consulting firmsReady to establish and refine a launch strategy for adoption within employers, while working independently to executeStrong leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spiritExpertise in negotiating complex contracts, particularly with large employers, partners, and strategic accountsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with comfort navigating ambiguityBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible PTO and work from home optionsProfessional development budgetSupport continuing educationCompany Overview9amHealth offers a simplified approach to whole body health, focusing on weight loss, diabetes management, and heart health.
