The Enterprise Account Executive for the MedTech vertical is responsible for driving sales growth within large medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies by managing key accounts and leveraging industry knowledge to deliver digital transformation solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy tailored to large life sciences enterprises, with a focus on digital transformation, compliance, and innovation in R&D and manufacturingBuild and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies to drive account growth and long-term partnershipsLead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, using a solution-based approach that addresses industry-specific challenges, including regulatory compliance and process optimizationCollaborate with internal teams, including product management and technical sales, to deliver solutions utilizing CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, AR, and other digital technologiesStay informed about life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to guide clients on compliance and risk management strategiesIdentify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends in the life sciences sector, including advancements in precision medicine, biotechnology, and regulatory changesSkills8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the life sciences sectorProven track record of managing and growing accounts within large, highly regulated organizations, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotasExperience in solution-based selling to address digital transformation and regulatory challenges in life sciencesFamiliarity with the life sciences industry, particularly medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech clientsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experienceWillingness to travel within the Americas as needed to engage with major life sciences clientsStrong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and communicate the value of digital transformation in life sciencesKnowledge of industry-specific technologies, including CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, and AR, and their applications in R&D, clinical trials, and supply chain managementIn-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, and how they impact life sciences operations and strategyProficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting accuracyAbility to adapt to complex sales cycles and strategically navigate large enterprise accountsBenefitsEligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock.Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.Company OverviewPTC (NASDAQ: PTC) unleashes industrial innovation with award-winning, market-proven solutions that enable companies to differentiate their products and services, improve operational excellence, and increase workforce productivity.
