They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build relationships with large enterprises and guide them through the adoption of their AI solutions, focusing on driving new business and delivering strategic solutions to top-tier clients.ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales Excellence: Develop and execute strategic plans to uncover new opportunities and build relationships across multiple departments, including CX, IT, and executive leadershipSolution Selling: Position Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions as the key to solving enterprise customer experience challenges. Tailor presentations, demos, and proposals to meet the unique needs of each client and clearly articulate the ROI of our solutionsCustomer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices in customer experience, AI, and automationCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions post-saleMarket Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region, expanding Crescendo’s footprint within key accounts and verticals. Help us grow our presence in the most dynamic and high-potential marketsAchieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction. Track progress and ensure timely reporting to leadership on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline statusThought Leadership: Represent Crescendo at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
