[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for revenue retention and expansion of accounts, ensuring customer success and long-term partnerships.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of the full sales cycle from lead to close with Enterprise business customersEffectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level sales professionalsIdentify and understand the customer’s strategy and the related capability and skills requirementsHelp educate customers on the value of Pluralsight throughout the adoption cycle through jointly developed and agreed success criteria and provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patternsDevelop and set a strategy aligned to the goals set that enables Pluralsight ‘s growth within existing businesses and building new business opportunitiesSkillsRequires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degreeExpert on Solution-Selling, Customer-centric Selling, Strategic Selling, the Challenger sale, Business Impact Selling, MEDDPICC, and/or Value SellingExperience managing a pipeline and closing $250k+ contractsExcellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills both with customers and within PluralsightProven strategic negotiation and closing skills with a successful track record of navigating stakeholders within large complex organizations and internallyThe ability to travelProductive in home office environment, and based in the Northeast or Midwest of USAPreferable experience selling in a SaaS organization, ideally with multi-year SaaS contracts into departments such as IT, HR, Learning & DevelopmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical coverageUnlimited PTOWellness reimbursementsPluralsight subscriptionProfessional development fundsCompany OverviewPluralsight is a technology learning platform for software developers, IT admins, and creative professionals.
