The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for growing the client base with a focus on Enterprise clients, managing complex sales cycles, and building strong relationships within the Enterprise market segment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building and growing your own book of business, selling to our top accountsAchieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact.comPrior experience driving sales and business development activitiesFocus on executing transactions in an assigned account list and prospect for new opportunitiesManage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our productDefine, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospectsDevelop and manage strong relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenueTerritory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified target accountsForecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customersSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of closing sales experience, within SaaSAbility to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticalsUnderstanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationshipsTrack record of success in carrying an Enterprise quotaSuccessful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targetsTrack record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positionsExperience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory managementExperience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscapeThe ability to build and maintain a strategic outbound motion with your Business Development RepresentativeMust work well in a team selling environmentAbility to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environmentExperience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceOffice-only catered lunch every Thursday, a healthy snack bar, and great coffee to keep you fueledFlexible spending accounts and 401(k)Flexible Working: Our Responsible PTO policy means you can take the time off you need to rest and recharge.
