[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ozmo is seeking an exceptional and strategic Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on selling our SaaS platform by developing new enterprise prospects and stewarding deals through all facets of the sales process, primarily within the telecom sector and emerging markets. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive growth from Ozmo’s SaaS products and services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned sales and billed revenue objectives within our Tier 1 and Tier 2 target accountsPlay a critical role in building and expanding relationships with some of Ozmo’s most valuable customers and prospectsGenerate new sales opportunities through various prospecting and account penetration strategies, including professional introductions, customer referrals, partner relationships and cold callingEstablish relationships with potential customers to sell Ozmo's SaaS products and servicesPenetrate target accounts in key North American communications service providers, insurance, OEM, retail, and large enterprise sectorsSteward deals through all facets of the sales processSuccessfully navigate complex enterprise organizations and cross-functional business unitsLeverage AI-driven tools and insights to improve sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagementDevelop and maintain trusted, long-term business relationships with decision makers and key influencers at target accounts and industry sectorsContinuously feed and maintain a new sales pipeline with enough sales opportunities to consistently meet/exceed revenue objectivesCustomize and deliver live sales presentations and proposals to prospects that demonstrate the long-term business value of Ozmo SaaS products and servicesParticipate and provide leadership in customer requested meetings and callsUtilize internal tools to accurately track and maintain accurate data for pipeline, forecasts and activity trackingAct as a strong customer advocate with internal Ozmo stakeholder groupsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement for Ozmo's offeringStay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to help position Ozmo in the marketplaceActively promote and position Ozmo for success within our targeted industry sectorsSkillsStrategic thinker with the ability to design and execute complex sales plansDemonstrates strong technical acumen and can think through sales strategies and solutions, rather than just following processesAbility to quickly learn new topics, technologies, and processes with confidenceStrong dedication to results and a 'whatever it takes' approach to your roleAbility to thrive in a dynamic, non-traditional work environmentDisciplined traveler who effectively balances travel with key responsibilities such as prospecting, customer engagement, and pipeline managementStrong understanding of today's technology landscape, including AI, ML, 5G, VoIP, and UC4+ years of proven and sustained success in a technical, enterprise sales environmentExtensive experience is acceptable if aligned with other criteriaIdeally located off the coasts with the ability to travel easily within the Central US and potentially LatAmAbility to succeed in unsupervised environments and manage multiple relationships simultaneously in a startup settingStrong business and financial acumen with a solutions-oriented approach to addressing customer needsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsFunctional understanding of mobile and IoT technologiesProficient working knowledge of the telecommunications industryProximity to a major airport and willingness to travel as neededExperience as a business development professional selling enterprise SaaS solutions is a plusProficiency in Spanish sufficient to sell effectively using the languageBenefitsMedical, vision, dental and life insurance along with short and long-term disability.Paid time off (PTO) that grows the longer you're with Ozmo as well as paid holidays.401k to save for retirement with employer matching.Paid maternity and bonding leave for new parents.Paid pawternity leave when you bring a new pet into your life.One-month sabbatical after you have been with Ozmo for seven years.Flexible, remote work options available to support your best work.Company OverviewOzmo helps tech companies and their consumers solve any device issue quickly and effectively.
