They are seeking a high-performing Retail Media Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across retailers and commerce partners, focusing on closing complex, API-driven infrastructure deals with enterprise customers.ResponsibilitiesOwn a defined territory across the US and Canada, targeting enterprise retailers, marketplaces, and commerce partnersProspect, qualify, and close net-new enterprise opportunitiesDevelop account-based strategies in partnership with Marketing to generate and nurture pipelineMeet and exceed assigned revenue and pipeline generation targetsLead the full sales lifecycle from discovery and solution positioning through negotiation and closeDrive multi-threaded sales cycles engaging executive stakeholders, product leaders, technical teams, procurement, and legalClearly articulate Kevel’s API-first value proposition and differentiated infrastructure modelStructure and negotiate commercial agreements, MSAs, and long-term partnershipsMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRMDiagnose customer monetization challenges and position Kevel as a strategic infrastructure partner — not just a vendorCollaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Product to design tailored solutions that meet technical and business objectivesEducate prospects on building scalable retail media networks and modern ad serving architecturesProvide structured market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategySkills5+ years of experience in retail media, preferably working with retail or commerce media ad techExisting relationships with retail media stakeholders in the US and CanadaProven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quotaExperience selling to retailers, marketplaces, publishers, or commerce platformsStrong understanding of retail media networks and sell-side monetization solutionsAbility to sell technical, API-driven solutions in partnership with technical stakeholdersExperience navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and contract negotiationsDisciplined forecasting, CRM management, and pipeline development skillsExcellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business valueAnalytical mindset with a focus on driving ad performance and monetization growth for publishers and retailersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable strategies for clientsFamiliarity with platforms such as Criteo, CitrusAd, PromoteIQ, Epsilon, Equativ, Xandr, or similar is a plusBenefitsFully Remote Team: We are a 100% remote work environment with employees located around the world.
