This role involves managing the full sales cycle, engaging with executive and technical stakeholders, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to closeBuild and develop pipeline through self-generated outbound activityEngage technical and executive stakeholders across large enterprise organisationsRun complex discovery processes with multiple decision-makersPosition technical infrastructure solutions to engineering and platform teamsManage long sales cycles involving evaluation, testing and procurement processesPartner closely with technical teams throughout the sales processConsistently deliver against revenue targets in a high-growth environmentSkills10-15 years of B2B sales experienceStrong enterprise closing experience with a track record of winning six-figure dealsExperience selling technical products such as APIs, infrastructure, developer tools, cloud platforms, DevOps, AI, data or similar technologiesComfortable speaking with CTOs, VP Engineering leaders and technical stakeholdersExperience working within startup or scale-up environmentsProven ability to build your own pipeline without SDR supportHistory of career progression and strong performanceStable career history with good tenure in previous rolesBenefitsUncapped commissionEquity packageFully remote across the USCompany OverviewAt OJ Digital, we partner with ambitious SaaS businesses to help them scale faster by building high-performing revenue teams.
