They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales across the West Coast, focusing on self-generating pipeline and engaging senior financial services stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDriving net-new enterprise sales across banks, fintechs, lenders, payment providers, and regulated financial institutionsSelf-generating pipeline through targeted account planning, outbound, referrals, relationships, and market mappingLeading complex sales cycles across risk, fraud, credit, compliance, technology, operations, and executive stakeholdersEngaging senior buyers, including CROs, CIOs, COOs, CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Credit leaders, and Fraud leadersRunning deep discovery around credit decisioning, fraud, risk strategy, regulatory constraints, and technology environmentsBuilding value-based business cases around ROI, risk improvement, fraud reduction, automation, and operational impactCoordinating internal teams across sales engineering, product, legal, delivery, and customer successManaging a focused pipeline of high-value, multi-year enterprise opportunitiesSkills7+ years' enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally selling complex technology into financial servicesExperience selling into banks, fintechs, lenders, payment providers, credit businesses, or regulated financial institutionsProven ability to self-generate pipeline without relying heavily on inbound leads, events, or SDR/BDR supportStrong C-suite and senior stakeholder engagement experience across US financial servicesDomain exposure across credit risk, fraud, decisioning, analytics, AI/ML, data, lending technology, risk technology, or adjacent areasTrack record closing high-value, multi-year enterprise contractsComfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and technical requirementsStrong commercial discipline across account planning, qualification, forecasting, and deal executionComfortable in a smaller, fast-moving environment where sellers need to be proactive, resilient, and self-sufficientBenefitsVariable / OTE structure includedComprehensive benefits packageRemote-friendly roleCompany OverviewW Talent is a multi-discipline recruitment firm specialising in middle and senior leadership roles.
