Establish rapport with potential patients and tailor messaging based on their demographics and health concerns
Overcome objections to participation in the program
Maintain high call volume, spending over 80% of time on the phone
Perform accurate data entry while multi-tasking during calls
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Sales acumen and proven adaptability in a high-volume sales environment
Ability to meet deadlines and performance metrics consistently
Excellent communication skills to explain programs clearly and persuasively
Experience working in a team dynamic and demonstrating leadership
Must possess an associate degree or higher and be US-based
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Natural ability to empathize with patients and maintain a patient-focused mindset
Comfort with various software platforms, including Microsoft Office
Strong ability to creatively deliver education to patients about the care coordination program
