[Remote] Engineering Recruiter (Skilled Trades)

This role involves coordinating hiring demands, actively recruiting for specialized roles, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient hiring processes.ResponsibilitiesServe as the resourcing lead for enterprise program hiring requests, ensuring roles are properly scoped, prioritized, and assignedPartner with internal Manpower Account Owners and program leadership to understand demand forecasts, ramp timelines, and critical skill requirementsAllocate job requisitions to the appropriate engineering and specialized recruiting teams, balancing urgency, complexity, and recruiter capacityTrack progress across all open requisitions, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and escalation needsAct as the operational bridge between account management, recruiting delivery, and workforce operationsActively recruit for assigned roles, particularly hard-to-fill, priority, or niche positionsSource, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple channels, including ATS, VMS, job boards, referrals, and talent communitiesEnsure candidate quality and alignment with role, site, and client requirementsSupport candidate lifecycle management through offer, onboarding coordination, and start readinessManage and monitor requisitions within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Ensure accurate job intake, submission compliance, and SLA adherence within client systemsCollaborate daily with internal recruiting teams, workforce operations, and account managementParticipate in staffing calls, workforce reviews, and intake meetings to ensure alignmentProvide regular updates on hiring progress, risks, and recommendationsSupport continuous improvement of intake, allocation, and recruiting workflowsSkills3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce resourcingExperience supporting enterprise or large‑scale hiring programsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across different skill setsStrong coordination and prioritization skills in fast‑paced environmentsExperience working with ATS platforms and recruiting workflowsPrior experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS)Experience supporting engineering, technical, or specialized rolesBackground working in MSP, RPO, or enterprise staffing environmentsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline and hiring dataExcellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholdersCompany OverviewManpower is the global leader in contingent and permanent recruitment workforce solutions.
