[Remote] Engineering Program Manager

They are seeking a Customer Engineering Program Manager to oversee technical project execution across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory disciplines, ensuring efficient program management from concept to commercialization.ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution: Own the planning and execution of technical projects across the R&D, product development, new product introduction, and regulatory complianceCross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, regulatory, quality, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure projects remain on trackBudgeting & Resource Management: Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and internal time tracking for accurate financial reportingTechnical Roadmap Alignment: Maintain alignment between Octiv’s technical priorities and those of its partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goalsMilestone Tracking: Keep detailed records of project milestones, technical dependencies, and risk management plansRegulatory & Compliance Coordination: Work with internal and external teams to ensure medical device compliance, including FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standardsLogistics & Order Fulfillment: Oversee procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and componentsProcess Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in project execution and improve processes to enhance efficiencySkillsTechnical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in program/project management: 4+ years managing complex technical projects, preferably in hardware, semiconductors, or deep techHighly organized and efficient: Proven track record of handling multiple projects and prioritiesStrong communication skills: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plansExperience with regulated industries: Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC 60601, or similar standardsData-driven decision-making: Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and analytics toolsAbility to work across disciplines: Experience coordinating work across hardware, software, and regulatory teamsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience with ultrasound or other medical imaging technologiesExposure to high-volume manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of software development processes and integration workflowsBenefitsComprehensive health insurance, encompassing dental and vision coverage, is provided to all our employees.
