• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite engineers.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback.
• Oversee resource allocation and project prioritization.
• Support planning and implementation of new features.
• Guide technical decision-making and ensure best practices.
• Champion modern engineering practices.
• Implement scalable and reliable release solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
Requirements
• Proven experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite engineering.
• Familiarity with NetSuite SDN and SDF programs.
• Experience with source control best practices.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Data fluency and analytical thinking.
