[Remote] Engineering Manager, CRE Services

The Engineering Manager for CRE Services will lead the Developer Services engineering team, focusing on enhancing the reliability and usability of the CRE Service Layer, while managing a high-performing engineering team.ResponsibilitiesFocus on hardening the reliability and operational resilience of the CRE Service LayerEstablish and manage a single, clearly prioritized backlog across demanding stakeholders and cross-functional inputsAccelerate iteration cycles based on user feedback to drive product-market fit for CRE capabilitiesDeliver new service-layer capabilities, including enhancements such as improved workflow management modelsLead the migration of legacy products onto CRE infrastructureDevelop and grow a high performing engineering teamSkillsStrong product judgment, with the ability to influence direction and partner effectively with product leadership in high-ambiguity environmentsDemonstrated experience operating autonomously in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsProven people leadership experience, including managing and developing senior and staff-level engineersTechnical depth sufficient to guide architectural discussions, unblock teams, and maintain high engineering standardsExperience managing complex backlogs and stakeholder expectations across multiple prioritiesTrack record of planning and executing multi-stream engineering initiatives with clear accountability and delivery outcomesAbility to coach engineers through performance growth and career progressionExperience across both large, mature organizations and startup environmentsExperience launching products or platforms from 0 → 1Strong project and program management disciplineProfessional Web3 experience or deep engagement as a power user within the ecosystemCompany OverviewChainlink Labs provides open-source blockchain oracle solutions and specializes in the development and integration of chainlink.
