The Advanced Research team is looking for a software engineer to develop innovative detection capabilities and maintain cloud services while collaborating with various experts in the field.ResponsibilitiesWork with industry-leading technologies like Kafka, Flink, Redis, ElasticSearch and Cassandra and LLMsDevelop, maintain, and enhance the capabilities of distributed cloud services. Keeping services up and running in a healthy stateWork closely with other internal engineering teams to integrate new capabilities into our Falcon platformSkillsUnited States Citizenship OR Permanent Residency is necessary to retain access to resources for this role (NO Clearance necessary)Computer science degree or commensurate experienceProgramming expertise in at least one language. Java / Scala, Go, or Python experience is preferredSolid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, RESTful patterns, and multithreading conceptsProficiency building and scaling services in productionHands on experience to any of the CI/CD tools and process such as Jenkins / BambooExperience interacting with major cloud provider APIs to provision cloud infrastructure, and to monitor it.
