They are seeking an Energy Efficiency Lighting Trade Ally Manager II to enhance energy efficiency program performance by engaging with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in Connecticut.ResponsibilitiesDelivers consistent outreach and account management activities to assigned trade allies, including manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market actors, to support program participationCommunicates policies and practices related to program requirements, incentive structures, timelines, and submission processes using approved tools and channels (e.g., email, CRM, virtual meetings, and in-person engagements)Coordinates onboarding and ongoing engagement activities with trade allies, including training on incentive submission processes and portal usageCollaborates with internal program teams to align outreach activities with program goals, schedules, and performance targetsPrioritizes outreach and engagement efforts based on program needs, participation trends, and account-level performance expectationsTroubleshoots moderate problems related to incentive submissions, documentation gaps, program rule interpretation, or participation challenges, escalating complex or high-risk issues as appropriateValidates trade ally submissions, reported activity, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with program requirements and quality standardsEvaluates recurring issues or participation barriers and collaborates with program teams to recommend adjustments to outreach tactics or guidance materialsEvaluates program participation data, dashboards, and CRM records to identify outreach gaps and support prioritization decisionsValidates accuracy and completeness of trade ally interaction records maintained in CRM toolsCommunicates policies and practices updates internally and externally to ensure shared understanding of program changes and expectationsSkillsHigh School diploma or 4 years of equivalent experience3 years of professional experience in energy efficiency programs, supply chain engagement, outreach, sales support, or market-facing rolesExperience coordinating with external partners and internal program teams in a structured, process-driven environmentAbility to evaluate program participation data and prioritize outreach activities accordinglyExperience validating documentation and troubleshooting moderate participation or process issuesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating program policies and practices clearlyProficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity toolsRegular local travel within Connecticut for outreach activities (1-2 days per week)BenefitsA generous retirement packageMedical, dental and vision insuranceOther pre-tax contribution plansAn Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Company OverviewEnergy Solutions is a renewables & environment company.
