[Remote] Energy Analyst 1

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Entegra is seeking a remote Energy Analyst to coordinate responses to requests and delivery of work products to clients. The Energy Analyst will manage client engagements, analyze vendor expenses, and ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining client relationships and providing custom reporting as needed.ResponsibilitiesManage the relationship with all areas of clients who may require or request energy dataProvide custom reports, upon requestPrepare weekly status reports with energy overviewsMaintain and manage the ENERGY STAR® information to the Portfolio Manager every month and to the other legislative districts as requiredReview portal and resolve exceptions, maintain information, and provide information on anomalies to appropriate peopleMaintain Smartsheet with copies of all reports provided, overview of reports with due dates, meeting information, and all relevant data including client requests and requirementsMeet with all clients via Teams, or other online meeting options using a camera, regularly to review status, reports, and requirementsSkillsHave 2 years of experience working with or for a bill payment processing company and/or accounting background with analytical and reportingHave a basic understanding of and familiarity with energy principlesHave an understanding of the processes utilized in managing utility bill auditing, evaluation, reporting, and paymentAre proficient in the use, creation, and manipulation of databases, spreadsheets, and charting toolsAre proficient in presentation tools, such as PowerPointHave a cognitive ability to grasp new computer tools, such as proprietary vendor reporting toolsHave excellent verbal and written presentation skillsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years in engineering or a related fieldHave an Associate's Degree in engineering, business, accounting or related disciplinesExperience working with ENERGY STARBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs401(k) Plan with Matching ContributionsPaid Time Off and Company HolidaysCareer Growth Opportunities and Tuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewEntegra is a business performance and procurement services company with bold initiatives, creative solutions and a driven advisory team ready to partner with hospitality-driven businesses to propel them forward and achieve more than ever.
