[Remote] Encompass Support Administrator

The Encompass Support Administrator will be a key member of the LOS team, contributing to business success by utilizing technical skills and mortgage experience to support critical business processes and system functionality.ResponsibilitiesWork with the applicable business units to offer areas of improvement, implement, manage, and maintain input forms, business rules, major releases, loan programs, eFolder settings, disclosures, HMDA support, investor suspense requests, DMI export, servicing transfers, warehouse data tapes, and archive loan strategyEvaluate the Encompass system, CCM’s integrations and CCM’s business workflow to help drive change for process-flow improvement in the Encompass system and CCM’s integrationsDesign and implement approved change requests by creating or enhancing Encompass settings, basic and advanced input forms, and basic and advanced business rulesEmploy problem solving skills to understand, interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve issues relating to system functionalityEnsure deadlines are met and update the project management systemRemain up to date on key Encompass trends and methodologiesRemain up to date on forthcoming Ellie Mae initiativesWork closely with the .Net Team, where applicable, on incoming requestsEnsure updates do not adversely affect the systemWork closely with the Product Manager, where applicable, on incoming requestsWork as an escalation point for general inquiries and troubleshooting requests from SupportSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent5+ years' experience performing Ellie Mae Encompass Administration5+ years' experience building Input Forms and creating Business Rules within Encompass/LOS5+ years' experience within the Mortgage IndustryEncompass Administrator CertificationThorough understanding of the loan lifecycle from point of sale through servicing and secondaryAdvanced knowledge of real estate lending regulations and compliance standardsEffective communication and collaboration skills to maintain positive business relationships with system stakeholdersEncompass Web Experience a plusJIRA knowledge a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation planMedicalDentalVision401KCompany-provided short-term disabilityEmployee assistance programWellness programCompany OverviewBack in 2003, our founder and CEO, Ron Leonhardt, started CrossCountry Mortgage with one goal: become a nationwide mortgage lender that helps people with clear and fast home loans.
