They are seeking an Encompass Administrator focused on managing the TPO platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and a seamless experience for external partners.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platform, including user setup, role assignments, permissions, and vendor account managementConfigure, maintain, and optimize: Custom fields, Input forms, Loan templates, Dashboards and reporting, Workflow automation, Task-based processes, eFolder settings and document librariesManage and enhance the TPO platform to ensure functionality, usability, and a seamless experience for external partnersCreate, manage, troubleshoot, and update Encompass Business Rules and automation logic, including: Field Data Entry Rules, Milestone Completion Rules, Loan Form Printing Rules, Persona-Based Rules, Trigger and Automated Condition Logic, Input Form Logic and Custom Field AutomationImplement and maintain workflow automation processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance standards are metDevelop and maintain field triggers, automated workflows, and milestone controls to support mortgage operationsTest, validate, and deploy Encompass enhancements, system updates, and new functionalityMaintain clear documentation related to system configurations, processes, and enhancementsProvide ongoing support and communication to end-users regarding system updates, functionality, and issue resolutionSupport onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access management and security controlsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement system improvements aligned with organizational goalsManage integrations with third-party vendors and maintain related system access and functionalityPartner with Operations, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and IT teams to support business initiatives and process optimizationPerform other duties as assigned to support team and company objectivesSkillsMinimum 3+ years of experience administering and supporting the ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass platformStrong knowledge of Encompass system administration, including user setup, personas, roles, permissions, and security managementHands-on experience configuring and maintaining custom fields, input forms, loan templates, dashboards, reports, workflow automation, and task-based processesExperience managing and optimizing TPO platforms and supporting third-party originator relationshipsAdvanced understanding of Encompass Business Rules, including Field Data Entry Rules, Milestone Completion Rules, Loan Form Printing Rules, Persona-Based Rules, and trigger logicProven ability to develop and maintain workflow automation, milestone controls, and automated processes within EncompassExperience testing, validating, and deploying system enhancements, integrations, and platform updatesKnowledge of mortgage operations, including Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Compliance workflowsAbility to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely mannerExperience supporting third-party vendor integrations and maintaining related system functionality and accessStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support and train end-users across departmentsAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in documenting system configurations, workflows, and process enhancementsExperience supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining user access controls and security standardsCollaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and business stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Mortgage Banking, or related field preferredEncompass Administrator Certification or related industry certifications preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensation and performance-based bonusesCollaborative and entrepreneurial cultureOpportunities for career advancement and innovationCompany OverviewOur Mission is to be a Partner For Life by empowering our customers to get the most value out of their biggest investment–whether they’re purchasing a new home, refinancing to a lower rate or tapping some hard-earned equity, we’ll stop at nothing to make every stage of home ownership a piece of Cake.
