The Encompass Administrator will support the configuration, maintenance, and operation of the Encompass Loan Origination System, ensuring system accuracy and providing user support across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist with configuring and maintaining Encompass settings including personas, business rules, input forms, loan templates, and milestonesUpdate and maintain fields, calculations, and basic automation rulesSupport user account creation, permissions, and security settingsParticipate in testing and validating Encompass updates and new releasesDocument system changes and maintain internal configuration recordsServe as a first‑line resource for Encompass questions and troubleshootingProvide basic training and guidance to users on system features and best practicesHelp maintain training materials, job aids, and documentationTroubleshoot routine system errors and escalate complex issues to senior staff or ICE Mortgage Technology as neededReceive, log, and categorize incoming system issues, enhancement requests, and workflow improvement ideasGather necessary details from users to ensure clear, actionable ticketsCoordinate with senior administrators to determine solutions, timelines, and next stepsSupport existing third-party Encompass IntegrationsCoordinate with Ellie Mae/ICE Mortgage Technology and external vendors for support, escalations, and enhancementsSkills2+ years of hands-on Encompass administration experience, preferably in a high-volume mortgage environmentProven use of Business Rules, Input Form Builder, Admin tools, and user managementUnderstanding of mortgage origination workflowsBasic understanding of compliance‑related workflows (TRID, HMDA, etc.)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaborationCompany OverviewAs a highly reputable, locally owned bank, we’re known for flexibility, expertise, and the best options.
