[Remote] Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. h3 Technologies, LLC is seeking an Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead to spearhead the delivery of critical EHS, Risk, Compliance, and Sustainability technology solutions. This role focuses on leading end-to-end Enablon implementations and ensuring project execution meets quality standards while collaborating with stakeholders for effective solution delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end Enablon implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live supportIndependently manage project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are metDesign and implement NABASIC-based development for Enablon modules as per business needsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and drive alignmentAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, including status updates, risk management, and issue resolutionConfigure and customize Enablon applications, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboardsArchitect and code custom configurations using NABASIC scripting to meet precise business process workflowsPartner directly with business stakeholders to provide advisory guidance, define project scope, and resolve technical challengesOversee application lifecycle testing, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)SkillsHands-on Enablon experience (8-10 years)NABASIC scripting and development (8-10 years)Solid understanding of EHS, Risk, Compliance, or Sustainability modules within Enablon (8-10 years)Proven ability to independently drive one-to-end project completionStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional and global teamsTesting experience (unit, system, and user acceptance testing)Company OverviewH3 Technologies, LLC is an IT staffing (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement) and software development company.
