Hourly Rate: $12 to $14 (subject to skills and experience) Job Type: Seasonal role • Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work and perform their job responsibilities within the United States. • Technical Requirements: Candidates must have high-speed internet with Ethernet, a Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capabilities, and their own Windows OS with Windows Professional suite. Job Summary: Advantmed is seeking Remote Download Associates. The primary responsibility is to download patients' medical records from secure electronic medical record systems using our HIPAA-compliant software. Ideal candidates will have basic PC knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Roles and Responsibilities: • Retrieve medical records from EMR systems. • Perform Quality Checks to ensure records are complete and visible. • Monitor completed work and provide feedback to improve team performance. • Maintain policy, procedures, work instructions, and projects for quality and continuous improvement. • Contribute to business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction with service and quality. • Safeguard patient records and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational regulations. • Scan and validate medical records for upload. • Maintain complete confidentiality following organizational and legal requirements. Please note this is a Temporary/Seasonal role lasting 4-6 months, with shift hours from 8:00 AM PST to 4:30 PM PST. Requirements: • Minimum High School Diploma • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Logical reasoning and analytical thinking. • Openness to feedback and coaching as part of ongoing training. • Strong PC skills. • The candidate should have experience working with multiple medical practices and doctors & EMR knowledge would be an added advantage.
