Why You Should Apply • Base salary up to $185K plus performance-based bonuses • Fully remote role for attorneys licensed in California • Reduced 1,400-hour billable requirement for qualifying attorneys • Direct ownership of cases with partner-level mentorship What You’ll Do • Manage employment and healthcare litigation matters from intake through resolution • Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery • Draft and argue motions, including Motions for Summary Judgment • Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings • Work directly with clients while collaborating with senior attorneys What You’ll Need • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active California Bar license in good standing • 3+ years of civil litigation experience with an employment law background • Experience managing your own cases, including discovery • Motion practice experience, including Summary Judgment motions • In-court experience preferred Ready to Apply?
