REMOTE Employment Attorney
A boutique employment law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Remote Employment Attorney to join its dedicated plaintiff-side team. The Remote Employment Attorney position offers a unique opportunity for legal professionals committed to representing employees, particularly in PAGA and class action litigation. Salary Range: $120,000 - $200,000 year/DOE
Remote Employment Attorney Responsibilities
β’ Manage a caseload primarily focused on plaintiff work
β’ Engage in PAGA and class action litigation
β’ Collaborate with senior attorneys in a non-micromanaged environment
β’ Track and log case-related work for compliance purposes
β’ Participate in depositions as required
β’ Travel for in-person meetings as needed, with reimbursement provided
Remote Employment Attorney Requirements
β’ PAGA or class action experience is essential
β’ A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required
β’ Litigation experience is prioritized, but arbitration experience will be considered
β’ Open to candidates from both plaintiff and defense backgrounds
β’ Barred in CA
