[Remote] Employee Relations Consultant

The Employee Relations Consultant will support managers on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with employment laws.ResponsibilitiesPartner with and provide support to management on employee relations issues, including but not limited to: conducting investigations and disciplinary actions (including involuntary terminations).
