[Remote] Employee Relations Consultant

The Employee Relations Consultant will work independently to support and guide managers on various employee relations issues, providing coaching, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.ResponsibilitiesPartner with and provide support to management on employee relations issues, including but not limited to: conducting investigations and disciplinary actions (including involuntary terminations).
