The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts, helping enterprise buyers transition to AI-orchestrated network management. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building executive-level relationships, and coordinating resources throughout the sales process.ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle β from first contact through close β using a consultative, insight-led approach that helps buyers quantify the cost of manual operations and the ROI of agentic automationDefine and execute sales plans for an assigned geographic territory to exceed software sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunitiesBuild and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, VP Network Engineering, VP Infrastructure) that position Itential as a strategic platform partner, not a point-solution vendorCoordinate resources throughout the sales cycle β including Sales Engineering, client-partner executives, architects, sales leaders, and Customer Success β to execute Itential's sales process effectivelyLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that connect Itential's agentic automation roadmap to the customer's evolving infrastructure strategyDrive account scorecard improvements, identify adoption and expansion opportunities, and secure software renewalsPerform regular customer, market, product, and competitive analyses to meet account objectives and strategiesNegotiate and present account proposals and contracts, gaining internal alignment across cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, RevOps)Manage and track customer accounts, opportunities, and renewal information in Salesforce; use AI-assisted sales tools β conversation intelligence, deal scoring, and generative AI for outreach personalisation β to increase efficiency and improve buyer engagement qualityParticipate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer success engagementsSkillsDemonstrated experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on new logo acquisition, account expansion, and SaaS offeringsA track record of delivering software revenue and building valuable customer relationships in complex enterprise account organisationsDemonstrated ability in territory and business planning, tactical execution, and proven selling strategies within large, matrixed organisationsA working understanding of network technologies and SaaS offerings, sufficient to engage credibly with technical buyersProficiency with Salesforce for opportunity and account management; familiarity with sales tech tools such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Amazon QuickSightStrong communication and presentation skills with business acumen appropriate for engaging at C-suite and VP levelAn ambitious, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to differentiate Itential's value proposition clearlyA growth mindset β consistently working to improve skills and adapt in a rapidly changing environmentHumble confidence with a bias towards actionPrior experience selling network automation, orchestration, or infrastructure software to carriers, financial institutions, or large enterprisesFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts and their application to network operationsExperience working in a high-growth SaaS environment with a land-and-expand sales motionBenefitsCompetitive salary.28 days' paid annual holiday plus bank holidays in England and Wales.Auto-enrolment pension scheme (details provided on joining).Private medical insurance (subject to scheme provider acceptance).Monthly mobile telephone contribution (up to 375) for a Euro Plan.Monthly home working contribution (up to 350) towards utilities and broadband.Company-provided laptop and equipment for home working.Company OverviewThe Platform for Agentic Infrastructure Operation It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
