[Remote] Email Marketing Manager

They are seeking a part-time Email Marketing Manager who will own strategy, copy, and execution, collaborating closely with the design team to deliver effective email campaigns.ResponsibilitiesOwn email strategy, execution, and copy for D2C/eCommerce brandsPlan and write high-converting email campaigns and lifecycle flowsDevelop messaging angles, themes, and flow logic quickly and collaborativelyManage timelines, priorities, and delivery across your accountsWork closely with designers to ensure copy and design work together seamlesslyParticipate in fast feedback loops via Slack, ClickUp, and FigmaRevise and iterate campaigns based on feedback and performanceBalance speed, clarity, and performance without sacrificing qualityMaintain organization across campaigns, flows, and deliverablesHighly responsive, organized, and deadline-drivenSkillsProven experience as an Email Marketing Manager, Strategist, and Copywriter for D2C / eCommerce brandsExperience owning strategy and hands-on execution end-to-endStrong understanding of lifecycle marketing (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)Solid grasp of direct-response principles and conversion-focused copywritingExperience working with multiple brands or agency clientsWorking knowledge of email performance metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue attribution)Strong organizational and time management skillsComfortable working with KlaviyoComfortable working with Figma (reviewing designs, commenting on copy placement)Comfortable working with Slack (daily collaboration and communication)Comfortable working with ClickUp (task management, deadlines, ownership)Comfortable working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, shared planning)Design capabilities or strong visual/layout instinctsAdvanced Klaviyo technical experience (flows, segmentation, QA, personalization)BenefitsFlexible, remote, part-time hourly roleStart at up to 20 hours/week with room to grow quicklyClear ownership (no task chaos)Highly collaborative team with strong systemsLong-term partnership potential for the right personCompany OverviewWe help startups grow and influence their industry.
