PTR Global is seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager (Email) to manage end-to-end campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B clients. This role requires marketing automation expertise and collaboration with data teams and creative agencies to enhance campaign performance through insights and automation.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks. If needed, collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflowsAdhere to execution timelines, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systemsIdentify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvementPerform other duties and/or special projects as assignedSkillsAtleast 3 plus years Project management experience3 plus years salesforce marketing cloud is a plusAny kind of HTML or email build work historyMinimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel experience i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaignsProven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automationExposure to SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Demonstrated experience in attention to detail, project management, and business communicationProven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problemsExposure to Marketing and retail conceptsExposure to Marketing databases and Digital PlatformsExposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etcDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflow, and prioritize workCompany OverviewPTR Global provides IT and professional staffing and workforce solutions for contingent and permanent roles across industries.
