EKWA MARKETING is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator – Associate to manage email marketing activities for multiple international clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring the delivery of high-quality email campaigns that meet client expectations.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary coordinator for email marketing services for assigned client accountsServe as the main point of contact between client account managers and internal backend teams for all email marketing–related tasksBased on client requirements, create newsletter sketches/wireframes and coordinate with designers to finalize layoutsResearch, curate, and organize content for inclusion in newsletters and email campaignsManage, schedule, and deploy email campaigns using tools such as Mailpoet, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platformsAttend and actively participate in voice and video meetings (Zoom/VOIP) with international clients, often during EST time zones, when requiredReview newsletter designs, content, links, formatting, and branding before client submission and final deploymentMonitor and analyze email performance metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and engagementImplement email marketing best practices to maximize deliverability, engagement, and campaign performanceCoordinate with internal teams to ensure all newsletter-related deliverables (content, designs, banners, approvals) are completed within deadlinesProactively follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of campaignsMaintain accurate records of client preferences, campaign notes, and deliverables in internal systemsEnsure client expectations related to email marketing services are consistently met or exceededSkillsPrior experience in email marketing or a similar coordination role is mandatoryHands-on experience using Mailpoet, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar email marketing platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence speaking to foreign clients via Zoom or VOIPStrong attention to detail with the ability to review and quality-check work produced by internal teamsAbility to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlinesUnderstanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and campaign optimizationComfortable working with international clients and adhering to strict timelinesYou must have a quiet, distraction-free home working environmentYou must have a dedicated desktop or laptop (tablets and mobile phones are not permitted)You must have a headset with a microphoneYou must have a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting Zoom meetingsYour work device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, antivirus software, and a mail client installedYou may be required to install additional software as neededYou cannot be employed by another company while working at BizycorpExperience designing newsletters is an added advantage, but not mandatoryBenefitsWFH – 100% Work From HomeFlexible working hours within defined time rangesEPF/ETF enrollment (applicable to Sri Lankan citizens, as per labor law)Legitimate work-from-home organization compliant with the Sri Lankan Shop and Office ActProbation confirmation increment after 6 months (conditions apply)Paid leave, selected professional training, and certification programsPerformance-based annual rewards and growth opportunitiesExposure to international clients and hands-on experience in global email marketing campaignsOpportunity to work with a diverse team of 200+ professionals across Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Malaysia, the United States, and CanadaCompany Overview.
