Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Good computer literacy, including typing speed of at least 35–45 WPM.

Ability to learn new tools, software, and processes quickly.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional.

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace at home.
• Experience

No prior experience required; full training is provided.

Experience in customer support, chat operations, email handling, or remote work is considered an advantage.
