Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Assist customers with product information, account issues, and troubleshooting
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or support role preferred
• Proficiency in typing and using chat/email platforms
