[Remote] Electronic Data Interchange Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Netpace Inc is a technology-focused Fresh Foods Company and market leader in North America. They are seeking an EDI Consultant / Business Analyst who will lead communications between customers and network providers, manage EDI onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and document integration flows.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Be a self-driven leader to manage customer expectations and projects
ā¢ Very strong project management and communication skills
ā¢ Collaborate with functional business units to gather business and technical requirements
ā¢ Be an independent self-starter with the ability to manage multiple accounts
ā¢ Improve processes and drive change management through innovation
ā¢ Experience with EDI mapping across various tools and document sets
ā¢ End to End Supply Chain experience
ā¢ Troubleshoot and fix integration failures
ā¢ Strong knowledge of SQL to write reports and troubleshoot data
ā¢ Gather functional and technical requirements and document integration workflows and mapping specifications
ā¢ Strong liaison between business units and the IT team
ā¢ Proactively maintain EDI system
ā¢ Customer service champion
Skills
ā¢ 8+ years' experience with EDI
ā¢ Fluent in all EDI standards, mappings, XML and SQL
ā¢ Ability to write and run complex SQL queries
ā¢ Strong focus on leading IT/technology projects and business process improvement changes
ā¢ Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience
ā¢ Strong understanding of EDI communication protocols and data management
ā¢ Must be detail and task oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet concurrent deadlines
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, as well as the ability to present and explain technical information in a way that established rapport, persuades others and gains understanding
ā¢ Strong work ethics
ā¢ Strong business acumen around supply chain
