[Remote] Electrical Project Manager

This role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion, while maintaining quality standards and managing budgets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectivelyOversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulationsIdentify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategiesProactively address project issues to minimize impact on schedule and budgetEscalate unresolved issues to senior management as needed for resolutionPrepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issuesMaintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reportsArchive project documents and deliverables upon project completion for future referenceServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleManage client expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional mannerBuild and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referralsLead and motivate project team members, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractorsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectivesProvide guidance and support to team members to overcome challenges and achieve project milestonesMonitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risksEnsure accurate and timely invoicing and billing to clients and vendorsImplement cost control measures to maximize project profitabilityEnsure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the projectConduct regular inspections and audits to verify adherence to quality requirementsImplement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or related field experienceCompletion of OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboardingMinimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in industrial constructionStrong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budgetExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectivelyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiencesStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve issues and reach consensus among stakeholdersProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Effective on your first day!Wellness Programs and Awards Get healthier and earn premium discounts!Gym Reimbursement and Weight Loss BenefitRetirement Plan (401k, IRA) Company match!Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountsDuncan, SC Location Onsite GymCompany OverviewServing Energy Utilities, Renewable Power providers, and Industrial Manufacturing leaders.
