Oversee the candidate pipeline management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide insightful feedback on the hiring process.
Craft compelling job postings aimed at attracting qualified candidates.
Bring your expertise in the education sector to identify ideal instructors and administrators who align with our values and goals.
Work closely with the Director of Human Resources to effectively understand and fulfill hiring requirements.
Maintain a commitment to working up to 20 hours weekly while enjoying the flexibility to create your own schedule.
Required Skills
Proven ability to develop a diverse talent pipeline.
Expertise in passive sourcing techniques and tools for identifying top talent.
Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to work.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software and Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree.
Minimum of one year of experience in the education sector.
At least three years of recruiting experience.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
