They are seeking an Education Manager to build and manage learning programs that facilitate the adoption and value realization of their products for employees and customers.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain learning paths, onboarding programs, certifications, assessments, AI simulations, role-play scenarios, and other educational experiences that accelerate ramp time, increase proficiency, improve readiness, and drive product adoption for employees and customersManage and optimize Doppel's educational content ecosystem, including product documentation, knowledge repositories, GTM Buddy spaces, learning platforms, and AI-powered learning experiences, ensuring learners can easily find, consume, and apply information to achieve successful outcomesPartner closely with Product Managers, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support, and subject matter experts to create, maintain, and govern educational content, documentation, and knowledge resources, establishing scalable processes that ensure content remains accurate, discoverable, and aligned with evolving products, customer needs, and business prioritiesManage certification programs and assessments, ensuring they accurately measure proficiency and support learner readiness as Doppel's products and best practices evolveLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to create, curate, maintain, and scale educational content and learner experiences efficientlyTrack learner engagement, adoption, assessment results, and feedback to identify opportunities to improve onboarding effectiveness, product adoption, learner proficiency, and overall business impactSupport live training programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives as neededSkills5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, technical training, knowledge management, technical writing, or a related fieldDemonstrated success building and scaling learning programs, certifications, documentation, knowledge resources, or educational content that improved learner proficiency, product adoption, onboarding effectiveness, or customer outcomesExperience working with cybersecurity products, customers, or practitioners, with familiarity across cybersecurity concepts, terminology, personas, and workflowsExperience establishing content governance practices, review processes, standards, and operational workflows that ensure content remains accurate, scalable, and easy to maintainStrong knowledge management and content operations skills, with experience organizing, maintaining, and optimizing learning and documentation ecosystemsExperience measuring the effectiveness of education programs and using learner engagement, proficiency, adoption, or business impact metrics to drive continuous improvementExperience with learning management systems, knowledge management platforms, content repositories, and modern AI-powered productivity toolsAbility to leverage AI and emerging technologies to create, curate, organize, and scale educational content and learner experiencesStrong writing, editing, content organization, and information architecture skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for a variety of audiencesStrong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where products and priorities evolve quicklyA thoughtful, curious, creative, and resourceful approach to problem solvingBenefitsMeaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s successRemote first culture with flexibility built inFlexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leaveA high growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibilityCompany OverviewDoppel is an AI-native security platform that helps organizations defend against social engineering risks and digital impersonation.
