They are seeking a full-time Education & Development Specialist to design class curriculum and prepare agents for quality project work, contributing to the overall success of the organization.ResponsibilitiesComplete research and/or training necessary to thoroughly understand the clientâs business and project requirements. Meet with clients to determine preparation needsReview and modify project documentation provided by client to fit virtual preparation methods and time-frames. Develop virtual preparation materials based on this documentation, with guidance from Director of Agent DevelopmentPrepare assigned agents to competently complete projects, including testing and providing specific project/client information as well as general Working Solutions procedural informationAssist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation information for large and/or ongoing projectsAssist with agent scheduling when first starting new projects to ensure better retention of information and greater success rates of agentsProvide additional preparation for active PROs as needed, to help them to succeed on projects and to ensure that Working Solutions clients are receiving superior quality performanceRespond to preparation-related PRO questions as needed; Provide encouragement and recognize accomplishments when appropriateDocument and implement programs, processes and procedures as neededProvide results reporting to Working Solutions management and/or client as requestedSkillsMust be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employmentAll of our Instructors possess a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to EducationTeaching experience is essential â We love to see experience teaching children and creating curriculum (virtual experience is not a requirement, but a plus). Teaching is a requirement for considerationCommunicate, Communicate, and Communicate! Success in this area is so important and goes hand in hand with the ability to really motivate learningWorking from home requires organization and independently driven individuals. Instructors are highly motivated and able to learn and communicate lots of informationIf you're able to successfully prioritize moving at lightning speed this is a great opportunity. Also, it's all about the details, so being able to multitask without accuracy or quality suffering is keyWorking virtually requires excellent computer skillsâŚyour computer will be your best friend!
